GM Applacation

hi i wanna be a gm in this awsome server
1.i had been a gm 13 times
2.if i saw a hacker i wold take a screen shot then ban
3.if 2 players were fighting i tell them 2 stop the 2nd time i have to speek to them i jail them with me to work it out
4.if i see spamming i will speek to him/her and tell him/her to stop the 2nd time i jail the person and let him/her out in 15 mins after that if they do it again ban first always take a screen shot
5.im vary firendly and easy to get along with
6.if i saw someone Advertiseing another server i wold jail for 20 mins let them go they do it again ban
