Have you played MapleStory before? (If so, how long?):

I've played since I was seven for two years and started getting into private servers alot.

How long have you played this server?:

A few days ago on my brothers account.

How are you going to help the server?:

I want to support people in the game, and also aid them so I can understand the personal feelings of them and start to become natural to helping for the near future because I want to get a job later on in life to look after people.

How often are you going to be on SuperMS(During the summer? During regular school days?) What's your time zone?:

I have alot of school work ahead of me after joining high school today, as for times I'll be on Im not sure since I have a big life outside of games, But I reckon 2-4 Hours.

If a player was hacking, without permission and it was a very serious and dangerous hack, how would you act and suggest?:

I'd act by trying to resolve the reason why he is doing it, if for a reason say: He hates the server or someone on it, I'd try to reason with him, politely and understandably and try to convince him to stop the hacking if he does not stop and keeps carrying on, I will be forced to ban him, Also, I would punish him for a certain time, if I got him to stop, Not fully unless he continues to do so.

If you saw another gamemaster abusing, and threatening players, who is a HIGHER rank than you, what would you do?:

Firstly, I'd consult a higher rank than me. And see what he thinks about it before I make any accusations. Even if the player or players, were asking for this certain abuse, No pun intended. I'd consider muting him for a time, and ask for someone who is a high rank to try and deal with it or demote him.

A player is admitting his friend is doing serious damage to the server, but his friend wants him to stop, without being banned. And if banned, the players will leave, which the friends are 1/2 of the server, what would you do to prevent all of this and stop the hacking?

Most people would say, so? The server can gain more population as we progress. I dont. I'm not trying to accuse anyone of that either. First off, I'd ask why is he doing this, rooting him, if I can do that. If he didnt awnser, I'd just have no choice but to ask for help in this situation since I've never had such a problem before.
